When someone recommends a movie to me, I try to always take note. Behind that recommendation is a film that connected with someone and a film that connects with an audience is due the highest compliment.
Some time ago I Will Follow was suggested to me. It's a film that spends a day with a woman dealing with grief and loss. Despite that description it is a remarkable film about healing and moving forward. The film isn't crafted in a traditional 3-act structure, but is carried more-so by the strong performances of the actors. This is a touching film - one that I now also can recommend.
